1908 1495 RICHARDS STREET

Last night I dreamt of the perfect downtown condo, it was located across the street from a waterfront park, where my neighbours would sip coffee on the weekend and watch the water taxi bring people back and forth from Granville Island. Sometimes I would join them and pick up specialty groceries for dinner that night, it was a peaceful place. The dream continued.... I had a great workout and a steam sauna at the gym in my building, then prepared for work that day in my home office. I looked out from my desk, to the water, but my thoughts were not about work; I was planning a small renovation. The only troubling part of my dream was that I couldn't figure out if I should go with a dark colour scheme or something a bit lighter. What would you do?
